You should always feel that your consultant manager is easy to contact when you need support and advice, and we understand that there is a life outside of work as well. We offer an annual wellness allowance, but we also want to encourage your own initiatives of physical activity and you receive a certain amount of compensation for the time you set aside for this every week.
